Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I declare war on another country. I see that one of his armies is walking around (red) with a few others (grey). His troops are a tiny portion of a 19k doomstack. The other armies are not allies and are not part of this war, yet when they move to another province, the battle is with all of them, even the non-hostile troops. What's going on here?
Steps to reproduce the issue.
-Get in the way of a hostile army moving with non-hostile troops. Watch the carnage.
