Description
The tips displayed in the loading screen rotation include one about how old, childless characters will have their relatives demand titles. This refers to the event 66000 (the first one listed in the dynasty_events event file), which is commented out , and so cannot possibly happen in an un-modded game. Consistency demands either that the tip is removed or that the event is reinstated.

Reproduction
The bug can be reproduced by simply starting a game or loading a save file and watching the tips that come up whilst the game is loading, though it may take several tries before that particular tip comes into the rotation.
