The game is unable to start and crashes when loading. I have looked up previous solutions and disabling antivirus along with making ck2 exempt from antivirus does not work. Neither did setting override_resolution_safety=yes. I have no mods and all the core dlc. The PC runs on Windows 10 and has Norton Security

same thing here, randomly i might add, finished a campaign the night before (computer is always on). no update took place or anything and it wouldn't load. ended up restarting my computer and haven't had the issue since.
