Im playing on the nintendo switch version of prison architect and am trying to get past the 3rd prison story however whenever i progress to the point that i have to build the solitary confinement i build the structure, place doors (large jail door or staff door [neither worked]), and then designate the building as solitary confinement. Then i build the cells with a combination of beds, toilets, or lack thereof. I can make each of the ten cells seperate with its own walls completely and designate each 10 as solitary but no matter what i do it says the thing must be enclosed (i used the solitary doors).
As it turns out don't mark walls as solitary confinement, thats the solution. Only designate the inside of solitary cells as solitary. If you include the walls and doors it doesnt let you continue.
