Description​

I found 4 achievements that Steam description and real condition are different from EU4 Wiki.
I checked them on latest version, They are still different.

1. Kushite Restoration
Steam description : As a Nubian culture nation, own the entire Egyptian region as core provinces.
Real condition : Player don't need to have entire Egyptian region as core, just own or have a subject own Eyptian region.
Suggestion description fix : As a Nubian culture nation, own or have a subject own the entire Egyptian region.

2. Land of Eastern Jade
Steam description : Own a core province in Central America as a Buddhist country.
Real condition : Player need to own a core province in Mexico region, instead of Central America.
Suggestion description fix : Own a core province in Mexico region as a Buddhist country.

3. One Night in Paris
Steam description : Start as England, own and have a core on Paris (do not form another country unless it's Great Britain).
Real condition : Player still can get the achievement when player form Angevin Kingdom.
Suggestion description fix : Start as England, own and have a core on Paris (do not form another country unless Great Britain or Angevin Kingdom).

4. Truly Divine Ruler
Steam description : Get a 5/5/5 Ruler.
Real condition : Player can get the achievement not only just 5/5/5 Ruler, but also better than 5/5/5. (EX:6/5/5)
Suggestion description fix : Get at least 5/5/5 Ruler.
