40 years to build an archery range

The castle at Leptis Magna was building an archery range. I declared holy war on that duchy as part of Africa and won it while the archery range was still under construction. Now it reports it will take over 15,000 days to finish it (and it does count down).

When I loaded the save, the time to complete it became even longer - around 17,800 days.

(This save also features two castles granted to holy orders, and no benefit from it. Maybe I wasn't supposed to manually build a castle and then grant title to them.)
(Also an Orthodox Christian Shia Caliphate, but that's probably fine)

If you need another save file to look at, I've got one as well. Ten year build time on a wooden palisade begun by a count before I revoked his title and took the county for myself. Putting the steward on it doesn't cut the build time, and reloading doubles it!

I believe the former save will suffice, but I will add that the bug seems to affect other building options as well to the report.

Got the same issue here, in case you need another save.

Happened after revoking that county from a rebellious duke.
