425) BUG: Excommunicated as Pope controller

Excomunicated as Pope controller

I've been excomunicated by an event and to my surprise I was chosen Pope controller shortly after. I even tried "recomunicating" myself. But I couldn't. I think it is weird. Being chosen PC when excomunicated and not being able to recomunicate myself. One of them has got to be wrong.
I didn't find this in the bug list.
Please don't kill me if I missed it.
