I got myself a new 4k monitor and now unfortunately, I can't play this game anymore. The whole game screen moves down towards the right bottom corner, and a large part of it is consequently outside the area of my monitor. It doesn't even help if I change the resolution back to 1080p or even less :( Does anyone know if something can be done to fix this? Any help would be appriciated!

I am running Windows 10 and it seems it doesn't support 16-bit. Or at least it certainly doesn't do it on my computer. After having worked a bit on the problem I found another solution that worked though. I went to the darkest hour .exe file and used the "disable display scaling on high DPI settings". The UI then obviously get too small when using the 4k resolution, but at least I can use the 1080p resolution like before.
