5th Level Education (at least learning) incorrectly impacts court position aptitude

Description​

The 5th Level Education (at least for learning) incorrectly impacts court position aptitude (at least for Court Physician), or the UI states the wrong aptitude. I managed to marry a courtier to a character with the Erudite Oracle learning education (5th level) aiming at appointing her as a Court Physician. When I went to check her aptitude and appoint her, the game states her aptitude as getting a +4.00 bonus due to her learning education. This aptitude bonus should be +4.00 for each level of education, which would result a +20.00. The game probably registers the education level as bleeding through the maximum and returns the next value, starting from the bottom, hence it appears to treat 5th level education as 1st level education.

Steps to reproduce​

Marry a courtier to a 5th level education character and check the aptitude for the Court Physician position.
