strange succession and claim bug

I will describe exactly what happened
My King was 32 and died. He had one 5-year old son whose name is "x" and "x" inherits the throne.
However there were 2 more people in my court whose names are eactly "x" as well (first and last, same). The 5-year old son inherited correctly, however he recieved 2 claims stating "King of MyCountry, currently held by X".
This doesnt affect the gameplay otherwise. I killed off the two other X's however the claims continued to exist. It's now 40 years later and those two X's are LONG dead but two claims still exist saying the same thing.
