According to the green Tree, he is of your Dynasty.
And Faiths, who have the Divorce requires Permission Doctrine, but no spiritual HoF, have to ask their Dynasty Head or House Head.


And in this case, I would accept this, because he is of your Dynasty with an matrilineal Marriage.

Yes it's my dynasty.
I was not aware that the dynasty head was the one concerned about divorces, since divorce is one of the topic I had to decide when i reformed my faith (from Christinism) into a new one.
