Any position is allowed, so you can be a lord with one province, a highlord with - say - 8 (eg. Highlord of Oldtown), a lord paramount (eg. Cersei Lannister) or even a king (eg. Tommen Baratheon). The same applies to Essos, Sothoryos, Ulthos and beyond-the-wall, and any islands which might not be part of aforesaid continents eg. Summer Isles.
RULES:
1. No spamming.
2. No rude language.
3. Player killing is allowed, however, randomly revoking any land from players to "eliminate them" is not allowed (you are allowed to plot against them and kill them and their heirs to knock them out of the game though) and you can go to war with them for a valid reason.
4. No continuous pausing.
