Have VV and EUR. Noticed this one when playing as a republic, and haven't located a thread on it yet:
Lex Aelia et Fufia: says you need a religious faction leader, however you can only pass the law when you don't have a religious faction leader. The rest of the requirements seem to work fine.
Lex Gellia et Cornelia: seem strange that you get two bonuses and no penalties for a single law, the flavour text also makes it seem out of place. (Same is true for monarchy Citizenship for Sale)
After that a few odd points:
Small aside, it would be useful to have a tool tip about who can and cannot become general in a republic, just like all other offices.
Every monarchy in my game has become a Theocracy, not certain how reproducible it is over many games, but seems odd.
I recall once seeing the special event "Control the Seleucid Capitol: Antioch" when looking at their Nation Overview. However their capitol in game is Seleucia.
