My settings:
Now here is the
Superfunhappytime interactive bit! (so long as you guys are quick enough)
As you can see I've set for Random lucky nations. The game gave me these:
BYZ
BOH
LIT
TEU
TUR
MAM
NOV
POR
Only one of them Portugal, is a "traditional" strong power. Some of them border one another, or, overlap with their growth. Byzantium and the Ottoman Empire, for example, or, the OE and the Mamluks. Novgorod can form Russia and thus be a big nation. I'd thus like to change this. Nations that I think should be lucky are:
LIT (Lithuania)
MAM (Mamluks)
VEN (Venice)
GOL (Golden Horde)
(These 4 for sure)
and the following:
BYZ (Byzantium)
NAP (Naples)
BOH (Bohemia)
PRO (Provence)
POR (Portugal)
BRI (Brittany)
MNS (Munster)
DAN (Denmark)
But I can only pick 4 of these
I think:

So this is where you guys come in! You get to help me pick which 4!
Here are my thoughts on them:
Byzantium: I'd like to see them do well. I think we all would.
Naples: With their leadership over Provence (PU or Vassal) they could do double duty over there. Could become colonial.
Bohemia: Replace the Austrians as the central leader of Europe.
Provence: With no lucky nations in the area (France, Castile, even Burgundy) Provence could cobble together it's own little Empire.
Portugal: This would give me a clear rival on the colonial scene.
Brittany: Could do double duty doing some of what Provence and Portugal would do as noted above.
Munster: Create a strong Ireland, possibly become a colonial power.
Denmark: Could become a Colonial power, or, depending on what the Hordes do, a land power!
If nobody suggests, or, only very few do, my 4 are BYZ, NAP, BRI, MNS
