I just had an event fire playing as usa in vip 0.3 (i dont think this is a vip event but a generic one) but do not know where to look
The event named "outstanding composer" proposed to spend 100 gold to get 5 prestiege
i said yes and in the game log it said
We said Lets comission the work which the world has never seen before in Outstanding Composer

So while i do understand that in those times most of the music, if it were to be heard someone would have to look at sheet music to play it, but still
probably it should say
We said Lets comission the work which the world has never HEARD before in Outstanding Composer
