A major issue

Hello everyone
I really love this game but i have a big issue i reached the week 21 on the game
I always play half-hour or more and the game crush (usually i use manual save before it crushes) that's why i reached week 21 on the game...but now when i enter the game again i can't find my new saves ...I'm stuck please help or make an update
The platform is :xbox series s

The further you progress in the game the more it will crash. We are all patiently waiting for a fix since the last hotfix did not addressing the rampant crashing.
