Good game but just a couple of questions, all of which came about using the German 1.05b version.

Firstly, I am unable to dock my ships in an ally's harbour. Is this deliberate and if so, why?
As Britain I was looking to use Naples' ports to help launch a raid on Turkey in Med only to find out my support had to be halted due to the inability of my diplomats to gain port access.
This leads me onto a supply question. Am I wrong in assuming that you get a foraging bonus if your army is withing your own borders? If you do, do you get this bonus when your army is within an ally's border?

It would be pretty nice if you you could be involved in numerous alliances without every country having to be in them. I know this would make things a tad more complex, but its just a thought.

Also would it be possible to enable allies to transport each others troops? I know this would be quite hard to design for the AI but maybe the feature could be created for multi-player.

Would it be possible to implement a diplomatic request to use another countries land to move units through without having to be in alliance with them? Furthermore, you could be allowed to force access, the result of which would a drop in stability and a cause of war for the targeted nation.

Can you diplomatically annex (ie. through peace) native tribes? (If my rusty german isn't letting my down, i believe you need to have the same relgion to form a vassal and thus annex someone politically, so the answer to this would be no. right?).

I don't suppose anyone has the stats for each country, i.e. army/navy morale/attack/defence attributes, colonisation bonuses, etc

I'm sure some more questions/requests will come to mind later, but that is it for now.
Any answers would be very very very nice. Cheers.

yes, your comments are on the diplomacy would make this game even greater...
Not sure if it's possible to code it, perhaps they are allready in the add-on list???

To answer what I can, you can only enter allied provinces/harbours when you are both at war with a common enemy.
It's only vassalised countries that you can freely move through and dock at their ports during peace.

Each province has a unit support number, that being the number of units that can be supported in the province at that time. If the total armies in the province is less than this number then you suffer no attrition.

I think the same holds for when in enemy provinces? I'm not sure at all about this tho.

About the vassalization question: no, I don't think you can vassalize native tribes. You need to have a royal marriage with a nation before you can even offer vassalization; you don't have to have the same religion, only compatible ones for this to succeed.
