Is there any way to change the city name of a province?

for example, the province of Ile de France's city name is Paris, Anglia's is London, ect. Is there some way, through events, to change the name of these cities?

You can make the change permanent for all future games by editing the province.csv file in the DB folder.

That will not affect save games nor alot of the scenarios out there due to name assigned in scenario files.
