So. I remember, in former times, when playing the A Clash of Kings scenario Robb Stark started out betrothed to this-or-that daughter of Walder Frey and his armies were gathered and ready for battle in the Riverlands.

However, as of the 0.7.1 version of the game, he is no longer betrothed to anyone and his armies aren't raised at the start of the scenario. So I wonder, is this a WAD or some sort of bug?

The pre raised armies for both Robb and Tywin were removed several versions ago as the ai would just instantly dismiss them and then reraise them all.

Scripted betrothals were broken in a vanilla patch several versions ago and cause a CTD so every scripted betrothal in the mod had to be removed.

as Robb i keep trying to marry Roslin Frey but by the time i find her she is always married to Aegon Jinglebells for some reason (the guy who Lady Stoneheart/Catelyn slits his throat) lol there should be an event that makes you marry her and a choice to dishonor it and marry Jeyne Westerling
