I think it would be cool to have on each forum a place where people could upload savegames which others might want to play themselves. Let's say you get into an interesting situation as Serbia and think "hey, I bet RRW would like to give this a go", you could put it up for the community with a brief description of how the world is and an F11 screenshot.
This could also facilitate a 'Game of the Month' type thing. Everyone could compare notes and strategies on how they handled a given situation.
