Can someone please send me a picture of the de-jure duchies of tamriel? I'm without computer for the near future and I need to see them

Tamriel is a big place, If I send you a screenshot of the de jure duchies, there won't be a lot of visible detail. Is there a particular area you need to focus on?

If possible, It would be preferable if I could see the names, but if that isn't possible, being able to distinguish one duchy from the other will suffice.
Also: only mainland, no need for Summerset, solstheim, and the like.
