Hi :). My name is Mariusz, and these are my suggestions that I would love to see in the game :)
It's possible this has already been discussed.

Tool to mark the border of the capital on the map available:
- an additional tool for determining the city limits of a city, which allows it to create the status of an authority, a district city, communes, small towns, or villages with a color other, than the tool for creating a district. Currently, only districts can be create. Selecting several or a districts units next to each other, creating one central center (main city), and i.e. the capital (which, after naming the main capital, will count residents, employees and households from all districts belonging to the capital),
- the executive body was located at the headquarters. The game already has a parliament (special building) that can be used (without going into political matters). These civil servants would just working there.
- you can built the city, town, villagearound the capital in the immediate distance or completely remote from it. It could be cooperate the Cities, Towns, Villiges with the capital as well as outside the borders of other regions maps.
- The government could be help cims subsidies (which was removed in one patch), or with specific civic government. Application of several government regulations that make life easier for users, e.g.: unlocking a achievement that will alow the use of large projects such as: Research Center, International Airport, Military Base, Red Cross, etc..

Additional tools and improvements:
- a tool for naming rivers, lakes, seas, mountains, or even marking the boundaries of city parks in the city center or other important places on the map,
- the ability to create your own flag that would be valid on the entire map and in all public buildings,
- the ability to create your own mayor (both genders), who will be able to explore your city from a first-person perspective,
- tools for creating train, bus and tram timetables,
- a first-person perspective tool for navigating vehicles (train, plane, ship, tram, bus),
- better city view camera tool from a passer-by's perspective,
- a tool for selecting the color of buildings, roofs, etc.,
- tool for replacing trees in zones and streets,

Missions in the game to be completed within a certain time (missions can be undertaken or abandoned):

- a task from a resident for the mayor - small missions, e.g.: take a taxi to a resident from his house and quickly take him to the train station in the capital) or (deliver concrete to the factory by truck). Each mission could have a short duration of 5 minutes to 15 minutes,
- selection of vehicles with the ability to move around the map from a first-person perspective (train, tram, bus, taxi, plane, ship),
- penalties for not completing the mission on time,
- rewards for completing the mission on time,

Government and public administration buildings:
- a house for the mayor with a private helicopter landing pad,
- town hall for smaller cities with departments, e.g. health department, safety department, construction supervision department, etc.,
- construction of administrative and justice buildings (courts with prosecutor's offices, maritime office, tax offices, etc.),
- construction of a main library and a smaller library, museums, theaters, entertainment facilities,
- I miss a kindergarten for small children (or in the form of improvement and adding a kindergarten for preschoolers to the school),
- private school for rich kids with a school bus,
- health care building, e.g. dentist, research center for infectious diseases and viruses (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), etc.,
- building public utility facilities as in the case of designating zones (by providing raw materials for the construction of the police force),
- construction of retirement homes, centers for the homeless, student apartments,
- the building of the transport department, which will ensure punctual public transport (this building could prevent public transport from being late, and the player would set the timetable on working days, Saturdays and holidays),

Road utilities, railway facilities and transport:
- greater variety of roads with the possibility of additional improvements (building pedestrian lanes where I want, greater control over traffic lights, the ability to add a priority sign for a priority road, any selection of trees on roads, construction of quays, etc.)
- other road signs,
- semaphores on the railway main line, better ability to manage this transport system,
- construction of bicycle paths,
- construction of authentic speed bumps,
- construction of noise barriers on above-ground highways,
- more intuitive bridge construction (setting the height with a slider),
- double-decker bridge (for cars and under the bridge for trains and trams),
- automatic creation of street name boards on roads (more personalized), e.g. a street name sign like Chirperstreet appears on roads,
- ability to name bus and tram stops (names visible at the stops),
- ability to name railway platforms (as in Transport Fever),
- ability to add a name on a highway board, turnouts, exits, etc.
- magnifying glass for tracking the route of vehicles and passers-by (just like in Cities Skylines 1),
- door-to-door transfers (common stop for buses and trams),
- visible line number on the vehicle's display,
- aboveground and underground tram stop,
- possibility of building a final stop in the tram depot,
- possibility of building a tram loop combined with a bus loop and an administration building,
- underground and overground pedestrian crossings (footbridges),
- overground station of the railway station,
- highway gates with toll collection points,
- greater choice of roads for pedestrians,
- more official vehicles

Adding new zones and historical buildings:
- option to move the building to history (there is a mod for this - the building develops to level five, but does not change its appearance),
- possibility of switching between designating all zones and freely constructing zone buildings ( mod find it),
- the ability to build specialized industries in the case of animal breeding, growing cereals, vegetables and fruits without having to built them in the place of available natural resources (in the real world, agricultural fields can be built anywhere),
- lack of fruit orchards,
- creation of a separate hotel zone,
- division of the industrial zone into technologically advanced industry and ecological industry
- possibility of designating a greater variety of mixed zones (there are already mods for this),
- construction of the old town center,

Media:

- Connectivity - fees for using the Internet, social media (budget revenues) or choosing free Internet,
- paid postal services,
- construction of a television studio with a broadcast truck (ChirpNews),
- construction of a radio station ChirpRadio (it can even be in the TV studio complex as an additional improvement),

Budget:

- police and administration (income) - why are they not there?
- fire protection (income) – why are they not there?
- parks and recreation (income) – why aren't they there? Some recreational facilities should be paid (possibility to choose the opening hours of paid parks),
- communications (internet and sending letters - income) - why are they not there?

Water:

- construction of a marina for private boats (no need to designate a route - water vehicles move on the water themselves),
- construction of a base for the water police and water guard,
- developed fishing (without designating a route for fishing boats),
- construction of a pumping service with a vehicle,
- possibility of creating water bodies (ponds, lakes, drainage ditches) using the terraforming tool and stocking them with fish,
- better water physics,

Air:
- balloons,
- airships as a tourist attraction,
- air taxis,
- television helicopter landing pad (ChirpTV),
- cable car lift,

Aesthetics, parks and recreation:
- small architectural objects with animation (kiosks, ice cream parlors, shopping markets, stalls - for one employee),
- new pedestrian paths with the possibility of adding benches, baskets, street lamps, hydrants, etc.,
- educational paths,
- tourist office with a bus (without determining its route - it leaves tourists at important points),

Religious objects:

- churches, cathedrals, and other temples (including the sound of church bells) - cities without these objects seem empty (they could fulfill the function of happiness or increase entertainment)
- Notre-Dame Cathedral needs the sound of church bells,

Graphics and animations:

- rendered tunnels,
- rendered retaining walls,
- rendered entrance to the underground subway,
- animation of firefighters, police, ambulances, hearses, TV van,
- animation of playgrounds, parks, tennis courts, stadiums, cemeteries,
- adding animations of social welfare vehicles,
- adding animations of stalls and kiosks,
- animation of the construction of paths, roads, tracks, public buildings and special buildings,
- more real accidents of cars, but also of other vehicles (people should not be happy after an accident),
- emergency vehicles cannot stand in traffic jams (corridors for various services),
- animated grass background,
- better textures of agricultural zones,
- better winter textures on trees, plants, hedges, buildings, ground and roads,
- animation of winter plows and positive street sweepers with dust animation,
- animation of dust on a dirt road,

Weather:
- ability to control the weather (spring, summer, autumn, winter), time of day and time,
- leaves falling from trees in autumn,
- better rain in autumn, spring and summer, which falls at the right angle (you can see puddles on the streets, possible flooding), people run with umbrellas,
- winter is winter,

Natural disasters and insurance for residents against post-disaster losses:

- tornado animation,
- the social insurance institution pays money to victims from the state budget in the event of a disaster,
- additional disasters (earthquakes, floods, comet, hail, storms, rat invasion, sinkholes, volcanic eruption, snow avalanches, including proper animations),
- result after the disaster (collapse of buildings, damage to roads and electric traction, uprooted trees as a result of the tornado's impact)
- more intuitive reports on disasters and damage, including repair costs,

People, animals and plants:

- greater diversity of citizens (older people with canes, disabled people in wheelchairs, mothers with strollers, police patrols, greater human interaction, etc.),
- biodiversity of plants and animals (possibility to place invisible markers where they should be created),
- from what I remember, a plague of rats was planned, cats could be added (please :)) or as markers to generate themselves,
- a dog catcher for catching stray dogs and a shelter for homeless animals,

Basic game mods:

- line tool (linear tool for building trees, hedges, etc.)
- move it,
- find it,
- plop the growables,
- anarchy (possibility to place trees or small architectural objects on the plots of zoned buildings),

Other note and problems:

- tram, bus and railway depot buildings should allow for storing a larger number of vehicles. 15 tram vehicles are definitely not enough (depots should accommodate at least 50 vehicles). It is similar with other depots,
- agricultural buildings with raw materials such as animal husbandry, grain, vegetable and fruit cultivation should be built in the first milestone. Possibility to build them all over the map.
- some roads and buildings should wear out so that the city doesn't look clean,
- greater control when determining road zones,
- the construction of roads or pedestrian paths should not destroy the zone,
- pedestrian paths cannot be combined with roundabouts,
- pedestrian paths need lighting,
- I would also like to build parks next to pedestrian paths,
- better bus bays (greater control in their designation), including the ability for two or three buses to stop so that they do not block the road for other vehicles. More smooth entry of buses into and out of the bay. Currently, he is rampantly moving in and out of it.
- vehicles disappearing is annoying. I wish this didn't happen.
- Animated beach objects with architecture (chairs, tables, screens, deckchairs, trash cans) would be useful as a supplement to the Beach Properties DLC,
- ability to connect paths with zone plots,
- lighting in vehicles at night (tram and bus),
- more fluid Al vehicles,
- cities in Cities Skylines 2 sometimes look lifeless, a more complex city revival is needed, e.g. residents have their own gardens, swimming pools, but they do not use them at all. I didn't see any children using the children's equipment on the playground. The dog does not use the dog kennel.,
- some props placed in the city, such as benches, a stage, tables, kiosks, snack shop etc., should not be just decorations, but things that are used by residents in accordance with their intended purpose.

I would like to add that I liked the game from the beginning, despite many technical problems. I agree it was unfortunate, but I have always believed in you Colossal Order. Since I am a fan of City Builders and I love building games, I can thank you for creating this game. Thank you for being here.

Regards Mariusz
