December 5th, 1936 - This is a great day for Romaina, I have agreed to enter an alliance with Germany! soon our empire will expand and the world will learn to fear the Romanian Army.
April 12th 1937 - After rearming and upgrading our doctrins our army is ready for our first conquest, Hungary. I ordered all of our forces to the border, victory will be swift.
May 29th 1937 - After the conquest of Hungary I sent all of our army to Yugoslavia. Only a few things need to be finished before the invasion can start. Re-supply of all divions and the 8th Romanian Army to be finished being trained and deployed.
June 7th 1937 - The invasion was to start to day at 0200 hours. I decided to post-pone the invasion till Dissitent drops, Some factorys workers striked to protest the rashoning of food and other materials! While im drawing up the next plan of Romainian expansion, the people protest over the lack of silk for womens stalkings! But because of the strike I had to push the date back until the people of Romanina are more patriotic.
July 6th 1937 - Japan has declared war on China. The war is thousands of miles away, so it is of no concern to me or my people, Preparing for battle fills my day.
September 7th 1937 - The economy is booming, in all of the states, Industry Giants expanded their operations, the more work that their is the better the warmachine's gears will turn.
September 16th 1937 - WAR! finally our juggernaught is on the move. Despite the changing of some of my Generals im sure victory will be swift. Yugoslavia will soon be mine.
September 30th 1937 - DEFEAT! The unthinkable has happend! Our brave armys were routed! At first all was well, we stededly captured 4 territorys in a few days, then out of nowhere the Yugoslavain Army flanked us! We put up a fair fight but i orderd a tactical retreat. Thank God that the Yugoslaviain government accepted our peace offers, But they have not seen the last of Romainia.
November 14th 1937 - After almost 2 months, and one offensive doctrin being put to the test, our forces are at full strength. Again I sent orders for our troops to the Yugoslaviain border.
November 30th 1937 - VICTORY! With such a quick and stunning victory Adolf Hitler sent his personal congradulations to our success! The people of Romainia are proud of the country, of their soldiers, and of their Heritage. To celebrate a great parade was held in Bucaresti.
December 1st 1937 - I orderd only 2 divisions to invade a small country of Albainia, there was no oppisition.
January 18th 1938 - THE ALLIES DECLARED WAR! Thost insolant bastards! I have faith in my allies and in my army. Victory will be fast and complete.
Febuary 22nd 1938 - VICTORY! I knew Germany could do it, Their attack was flawless, perfect one might say. Through Belgium and around the French Forts. The French government fled to England and the Germans installed a Nazi Friendly government in the French country side. It is now known as Vichy France.
May 16th 1938 - Nazi diplomat met with me and told me of Hitlers plans, If we are to extinguish Stalinism we must use Poland as a jump off point. He gave me the maps to show what I would get and the germans plan of attack. Like their other plans this one is again flawless. Southern Poland and Warsaw will be ours.
May 17th 1938 - I declared war at the sametime the germans did. Our army must win a major victory, because dissitent is high and there could be revolutionist talk in the air, which is dangerous to any government.
July 10th 1938 - Poland is conqured. The Polish Army put up a tougher fight then we had planned. it seems that the allies had been sharing research with them. We lost alot of good, experianced soldiers. But now the world knows that the Empire of Romainia is a force to be reconed with. Dissitent is at and all time high of 84%, Worker strikes have shut down most of our factorys, but now that the war is over, life on the homefront should return to normal.
September 11th 1938 - After our army got resupplied and reinforced they have orders to march to the Czechoslovakian border. Soon that country will fall too.
October 1st 1938 - Those bastards in Denmark joined the allies. The captured one territory before the Waffen SS repulsed them and conqured Denmark.
October 12th 1938 - Now that the sudaten land is in German hands the rest of Czechoslovakia is ripe for the taking. Our soldiers cross the border at 1900 hours.
December 9th 1938 - The people of the former Czechoslovikia are now under the guidance of the Romainian Empire. We seek no more territorys or war, but the Soviet Union is pressuring Lithuaina for her territorys. Who knows what that bear Stalin will do.
December 21st 1938 - I secretly checked our manpower reserves and its far below what is should be. All of the battles have been far costlier then planned. If the Soviet Union invades I do not think we can stop them. I have orderd defences built along our entire border with the SU. I just pray for peace now.
December 30th 1938 - I secretly tried to sue for peace with the allies and those idiots said NO! From the way Hitler talks and envisions Germanys future, I know his empire will not last. I just don't wish to see mine crumble like his will.
January 8th 1939 - Maybe Hitler isn't too bad. Our manpower was alarmingly low at 140, now with his gift of men and material, Our manpower reserves are at 599.
Febuary 25th 1939 - NO! THE SOVIET UNION DELARED WAR ON US!. If our defences do not hold, The empire I have spent 2 years building will have been for nothing!
March 13th 1939 - Our lines have held, even though the captured 4 states, i orderd a flanking manuver with our new 10th Fast Response Corps, it succeeded and we got back 2 states. I don't know how long this will last because the Soviet Army has more men then Italys,Germanys, and ours combined!
April 1st 1939 - We ripped a hole in the defenders lines, The highly sucessful 10th Fast Response Corps has done it again, they are now rampaging through out the soviet rear. Victory is in sight.
April 25th 1939 - With the help of the Germans we have been able to push the Soviets back. Though they have more soldiers then us, the quality of their soldiers and equipment is seriously outdated. NOW IT IS TIME TO BRING THE FIGHT TO THEIR HOMES! THEIR VILLAGES!
May 22nd 1939 - The Germans captured Leningrad and are storming the Kremlin as we speak! The Russian army was in far worse shape then I had thought, I have also sent orders to the Army to capture and secure Stalingrad.
July 3rd 1939 - STALINGRAD IS OURS! With the help of the German 6th Army we captured it by god!
July 4th 1939 - GOD DAMN HITLER! Stalin and agreed to the German terms and gave everything to Hitler! For all the fighting and men that we lost, we get nothing! AND!, Hitler is told me to withdraw my troops to Romainain territory. I want out of this alliance.
July 10th 1939 - Our workers are returning to the factorys, Since I have nothing to show for our campaigne in Russia, I orderd our units south to invade and attack Greace. But for now I have a meeting with Hitler in Berlin. I leave tonight to fly their.

NATIONAL HERO, OCTAVIAN GOGA's PLANE CRASHES OVER GERMANY!
- Today is a sad day for everyone, the father of the Empire of Romaina was on his way to meet with our allies to discuss the future of europe, Even though weather was cloudy and rainy, he still persisted that he must go. A German pilot flying a patrol noticed the burned wreckage of a Fokker Tri-motor and radioed back to base. The plane was discoverd to be Romainian and was identified as Goga's plane. His State funeral is planned for next week with procession through downtown Bucaresti. "He was a great leader, and a great friend, i will miss him dearly" the minister of the Army was quoted as saying, more information will be made available when possiable.
