Rare occasions like for example?

Well, for example: has regent, regent is heir, is adult and has been declared incapable.

We already know the heir wants to take over, instead of just waiting for him to push for it we could give up and step forward for it. But also, e.g. if not ambitious or proud. Can do if ambitious and/or proud but only if also depressed. I'm thinking about also making it possible if craven..?
