Aberration II : Structural bugs

I'm working on a program that reads a secnario and then dispatch all the infos in a database.
I use AGCEEP and Aberration as exemple for this program so I could founded a lot of bugs in Aberration II (version 01/03/2006) that are invisible or very difficult to see.
This program isn't finished yet and has some bugs. So please, don't flame me if I report a non-existant bug. However, I made some verifications and the bugs exist at each time.

On my cursory look, I can see only one error in your system, which is that it does not appear to see that an event in one file can be slept by an event in another file. Many of the events in the 'Slept but doesn't exist' list fall into that category, such as Caliphate and Order of Scimitar events that are mirrors and which sleep one another.

That said, this is potentially fantastic. I will go through it all with a fine tooth comb once I am back in Jasper and have my computer up and running.

Well, I have a lot of works before. I bind myself to translate AGCEEP in french primary, then format all the files from AGCEEP for the new version (1.40).
And only after, I could concentrate to my program. So, I think I can't release a version before the end of february.

@Aegnor: does your file checker check desc lengths? The reason I ask is that the allowed limit for Mac EUII is quite low, and it will crash if any event descs inside the event file are above the limit. (The limit for descs in text.csv is much higher I believe, so it's probably not an issue there.) I don't know where the limit is exactly but I can give examples:
