About Nether Gates? *Spoiler*

After rescuing Merlin I am currently on the objective to close all the Nether Gates

But I have no idea how to close them. I attacked one and won the battle, but the dialog that allow me to close the gate does not show up.

What am I doing wrong?

Could you give us a save (3 files is one save: .inf, .jpg, .sav)?

It is the save after the gate is conquered. There was no quest prompt, so I think the gate is still not closed.
