This is my first post, though I've been lurking for a while. What a nice, helpful, polite and well-educated bunch you are - your mother should be proud of you.

Anyway, Academies: They help your stability as you know. If your stab is +3, does the money you earn from your expensive academy go into your treasury?

hmmm I thought that you didn't need the mod but could just use the finance slidder bar thingys. I assume that these add extra % like the others.
