Accolades are "inactive" despite being held by current knights. Please excuse me if this isn't actually a bug. There are zero tooltips explaining how this mechanic is supposed to work.

Hello there! Inactive Accolades contains a list of Accolades created by you which are inactive because the number of active Accolades is limited by the number of slots for them. If you use the Retire Accolade option on an existing Accolade you will then be able to set up another Accolade from those on the Inactive Accolades list.
