Necro-ing an old thread; but it seems my name has been changed to something rather montrous after a few years of not being on the forums.... is there a reason for this?
It means you had an account on the old forums, pre-Paradox account, that used the same email as you've used here.
It ought to have merged automatically. Log out of all Paradox sites, delete all Paradox cookies and log into here directly, the merge ought to then complete.
If not lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com with full details, including if possible what your user name was in the old forum.
