Achievement description wrong

Towards Utopia and Peacekeeper have an outdated / wrong description on Xbox.

Instead of all being pacifist it's 200 years peace and instead of 10 species with utopian living standards its 500 pops.

Wait, which is the incorrect description and which is the actual cheev condition in reality? I'm on Steam and mine says that Towards Utopia requires 500 pops, but I'm fairly certain I've met the requirements and it hasn't popped for me. Anybody know what's going on?

On console it says 10 different species with utopian standards. But you need 500 pops to unlock it.
