Achievements disable on save files upon quitting

Description​

When I start a new game, achievements are only enabled during my initial play time. Once I've quit and re entered the game, that file has achievements disabled. Any new files I decide to create thereafter will also by default have achievements disabled, even though I meet the requirements. The only way to re enable them is to load up an older save file where they are still enabled, hit escape to get to the menu, and click the button to look at the rules. Then I go back to the main menu to start a new file and suddenly it will allow me to have them enabled again. Of course, this will only work for as long as that particular session lasts, because once I've quite they will reset to disabled again.

Strangely, this wasn't an issue for the entirety of my time using this particular update. This issue arose yesterday, though I had played the new version for several days prior without this bug.

Quit the game and re enter it.
