achievements Disabled After Buying DLC (Xbox)

I played Cities Skylines on PC and achements arnt a big thing like they are on Xbox. So when I bought the premium edition on xbox and started my game. It says that my achiements are disabled on the world I played on.
I loaded the world and played for 20 minutes. Then decided to save and goto another world from the main screen. Then I sasaw my previous world not have any achiements eligibility. Any help? Can this be reversed?

Are you playing with infinite money or all the milestones unlocked? These options disable the achievements
