Achievements mysteriously disabled

Hey all,
I was going for a 7 Centuries run, and had made it to 1066 with no issues. I got "Love is a Battlefield" five days ago, with this save, so I know achievements were enabled from the start. When I tried to load the game this morning, it said achievements had been disabled, because "the save file must not have been changed and must have had achievements enabled from the start." I never changed the save file (I can't even open it in anything other than CK2), and I am quite confused how this happened. Is there anyway to restore it? Save file attached incase it can shed some light on the problem.

Probably because steam went down today.

When Steam goes down (or is otherwise unavailable due to a local outage say) what should happen is the achievements get granted when you get back on line with Steam again.

However we have had sporadic reports with this game (and EU4) of ths not happening; the save game simply becomes ineligible to earn further achievements ever. QA and the devs have been unable to duplicate this so it hasn't been able to be fixed. It must be a rare situation that only happens if, for instance, the outage happens while writing a save file out or something like that.

If that save is affected this way still, now Steam is back up, there is nothing that cane be done, I'm sorry - Ironman saves are encrypted (for obvious reasons!) so cannot be edited or rescued in any way, not even by us.
