Add an option to bulk assign occupied provinces to another country

When supporting an ally in a war and using auto siege the occupied enemy territory usually looks like a patchwork rug.
It is very tedious to assign multiple occupied provinces to another country.

So it would be great to either get an option via the peace deal menu or via the war overview menu to bulk assign provinces to another country.

Would love to see this for my coop multiplayer games in which my friends and I reorganize the world together.

This already exists in the game. If you click on multiple provinces while holding shift and then you transfer one of them to your ally, it will transfer them all.
