As one frequently finds themselves waiting for an abroad courtier to turn 16, and become briefly vulnerable to "Invite to Court" before they become quickly married and again inaccessible, it would be a huge help if characters marked as important would generate the same message for having finished their education that is generated when this happens to a courtier child.
