I would like to receive a message when my country loses the colonial development country modifier and I can do the colonia decision again. I made a mod that triggers an event after three years have passed since the decision was taken, but I found that the country modifier actually persists until the end of the month rather than exactly 1,095 days.

With the message system expanded to include country modifiers being added/removed, one could set up the game to pause on that message and efficiently assimilate pops into the primary culture.

Edit: A message for when the omen is available would also be appreciated.
