how does one add a colonial dynamism to a non-colonial dynamic country? I changed the dynamism=0 to everything from 1-4, with no results, colonialnation=no to colonialnation=yes and colonyattempts=9999 just like the 'real' colonial dynamics, and various combinations of those, but cannot seem to make any change
I think I need to provide the Colonial Dynamism with a start/end date, but i don't know what line to edit in the savegame, can some more experienced soul help me out?
