I've been trying to add countries like Algeria and Jordan, but I cannot figure out how to get the HOI scenario editor to recognize that i want a certain province to be part of Algeria or Jordan.. How do i do it? and is there anyway to zoom out, zoom in, etc.. all i can do now is change certain things about provinces like coal, iron, etc. take out countries completely, and change certain things.. but thats about it..
