I was wondering how can I add an accepted culture for my country (like adding Polish for Russia etc)?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Not in the game (only specific events will add cultures in the game). But you can mod it into your save game files.
There are editable .inc files for every country in Victoria/scenarios/VIPscen, assuming you have VIP installed. If not, you would look for whatever folder your .inc files are in.
They look like this:

country = {
tag = BAY
ai = "VIP_BAYearly.ai"
capital = 833
culture = {
type = north_german
type = south_german
}
religion = catholic
literacy = 0.8
prestige = 10 # was 0
Just add whatever culture you want. You would need to know the culture tags.

Yes, those two are self explanatory, but I think there are some tags that aren't. You'll have to check in the files.

OK, thanks a lot, I'm a complete noob at modding, so I wanted to be absolutely sure.
