adding sp rocket artillery to divisions in the scenario/event files

Can anyone tell me how, or at least point me in the direction of the information relating to, adding brigades to divisions in the scenario and event files. Specifically the self-propelled rocket artillery. I've found it easy enough to learn to use 'anti_air' or 'heavy_armor' but can't find what Sp rocket artillery should be?
