Which is a pity

as they can be used to keep track of some things - I was just thinking that an interesting sub-game if Paradox would program in 'open' traits would be the possession of various relics and artifacts (w/c would be kept tabs on by using traits) such as the Holy Lance, Tizona, the Oriflamme, Herodotus' histories, and stuff like that, could be programmed in and become the focus of negotiation and inheritance and such. These 'traits' (actually possessions) would net the owner prestige or could give advantages in certain events.

Also I'm CHANGING (not adding) some traits to others: Fabled Beauty, Physician, Imprisoned and Erudite - for my war of the Roses mod.
