In Feast of Crows start when playing Aegon could use some tweaking. Why not make him titular duke with some tittle. So Griffon Roost would be owned already by him with Jon Connington as vassal. Connington should Also have same loyalist modifier as leaders of Dorne. Now he can actually end working against Aegon pretty fast. When in books he is extreamly loyal. Also Haldon is almost always called away to Citadel which is kinda immersion breaking. For him to abandon cause of Aegon. In current version you will lose any hope immediatly if any Stannis bannermen switches sides out of war. Because you cant get enough warscore to win Stormlands. Also better financial position would be right. Since coffers of Golden Company are at his disposal and gifts of Illyrio.

ps. Sorry for my bad english.

Also, he needs higher dynastic prestige, or something else that will allow him to marry Arianne, as Doran had planned. As it is, Doran will always reject the marriage, because Aegon's rank is too low.

Doran planned to marry Arianne to Viserys not Aegon. Doran didn't even know Aegon existed until he got Connington's letter and from the preview Winds of Winter chapters, Doran (and Arianne) don't even seem to believe Aegon is legit.

I agree though that he should be able to marry Arianne if the player wants to, so I'll put it on the to-do list.
