Aegon (son of Rhaegar)

In my (3) games with this mod, at the TVs series start dates, daenerys usually dies, and this good stats character Aegon claims to be prince rhaegars son Aegon, who was allegedly killed by the mountain as a child, and so is the rightful heir to the iron throne (I guess he is young griff from the books). Somehow, in my games, he always manages to obtain the iron throne. When he does, he somehow manages to ditch his generic dynasty and gain the tartar yen dynasty, with prince Rhaegar as his father and Elia Martell as his mother. Is it possible to play this character without using cheats to get him on the throne?

In the last start he controls the county of Rainwood(?) in the Stormlands on the south side of Shipbreaker Bay, so you can play as him by selecting that county like normal. He might also be on the list of interesting characters for that start at well.
