I've been having this issue with the conquest start date, where when the war is finished Visenya and Rhaenys almost always goes off to form their own kingdoms. So I've been wondering if there is a way to avoid this? Since it makes little sense for them to almost immediately leave after the conquest is done, or leave at all.

I think if you add a not female line in the Old Gods events files, it will disable females from going on adventure conquests. As it stands now, I believe if the person is a dragon rider or has a high enough martial, they're able to to on those adventure conquests.

You can do that, or just make the requisites more demanding. I usually change it so an adventurer needs 20 diplomacy and is between the ages of 20-25 (this rules out Rhaenys and Visenya specifically which is why I do it)

It's also kind of annoying that it seems like whenever I start a Century of Blood game that one of Aegon's sister wives inevitably go to war against him for Dragonstone. I had one game where Visenya managed to win, and Aegon ended up fleeing to Elyria where Balerion died of old age before Visenya died and he came back as Lord.
