Aegon's walkthrough?

I started the very first bookmark as young Aegon, to be conqueror. I was able to conquer pretty much everything with my dragons, startin with Harren and the rest of the westeros, including Dorne. Then I turned east and had a blast there too. My dragons bred and now an awful lot of people have them, including several of my vassals who have captured wild ones.
That was a great experience and all, but a few things bother me:

1. my capital is in the storm's end. The Pisswater Blackwater Bay was held by some small lord and when I finally revoked it - it remained just that, a poor county. Is there any even chain for building the King's Landing and other landmark of that area?
2. No matter how I tried - I couldn't burn Harrenhall to the ground. Is there any event chain for ruining it?
3. How do I force Baratheon's marriage with that storm princess he ought to like so much?

So, I am basically asking about clues for more canonical play-through for the first bookmark, thank you.

The first bookmark doesn't have the scripted events. So no building a capital, creating the Kingsguard, legitimizing Oris Baratheon,etc.
For those you need to play the second bookmark.

Ok, so I was doing it all wrong from the very first decision - the bookmark.
Will I get all those events in the second bookmark? should I look for something not to miss them? For example does it matter where I land? can I have a king's landing in Dorne or something?

You already start with an army on King's Landing, although you can choose if you wish to build the city, leep the capital at Dragonstone or make Oldtown your seat.

You can also choose Harrenhall if you don't burn it down with your dragons.

And you sometimes get an event that allows you to marry Orys to Argilac the arrogants daughter (but only if he dies)
