Hi everyone!

Well, for a start:
For an AI mod it's download size is just too big.. I mean c'mon, 20 MBs just for an modification of AI files, and a few new events? There's no need for new graphics interface, and 80% of sprites are so damn ugly! Just take a look at the German PzKpfw I sprite - the one that Nighty made - looks like a pile of crap!
Another thing: you overwhelm the interface with nazi flags - one in loading screen, one in the scenario selection screen, and one in the game...

Now on to the installer: where did you get that outdated Win95 installer?! It takes ages to install the mod: took me 25 minutes just to wait for an install!
Now don't start about my configuration and windows: it's all fine and at its place - installing fresh Commandos 2-which is 2.5 GB-takes me less than 15 minutes...

Now some good things:
I really like Japanese AI, it really kicked Allied butt in SE Asia (no USA), but when USA joined in against the Japps, it just sat there doing nothing for three years-than the game kept crashing...

Germans are now actually making progress in Russia - they did reach Moscow, but no Stalingrad or Leningrad...
And again event in Europe, USA/UK just sat there-no Sicilian invasion, Vichy was in control of all N.Africa, no Overlord of any kind... And things like that.

The soviets eventaually started to counter Germans, and when my game crashed on the begining of 1945, they were half way to Paris(in Berlin already)!

I hope you'll read these comments and do something about this potentially great mod.

You should probably change game since it looks like you have no idea of what you're talking about...

Probably you didn't notice this game is about WW2 and Nazi had an important (and quite sad) role in it (never heard before?!?). This mod tries to be as historic as we can. If you feel offended by this, try another game...

My installation takes about 5 minutes...
 
People should not complain about cosmetics when everything is given to them for free. The installer is being used cause it was free. The sprites are being used cause they where free. If you don't like it then don't play it.

Super AI Bundle is not just an AI enhancement. The old Super AI Project was a small download and just an AI enhancement the bundle is not. Bundle refers to the combination of many projects work put together into one package including our own changes.

If you want us to improve the product then list out the issue you have with the game itself and the AI. If you are going to attack us and make fun of us I have one sentence for you.

Kiss my ass and go make your own free mod then!
 
HOLY CRAP!! Three Nazi flags don't watch the footage of the Nuremburg rallies! :eek:o
 
Two little questions:

- How does that new interface look? I've been trying to find out, but I can find no screenshots. Might be good to have some thread showing a couple of screenshots to entice people.

- Why does the Super AI sub-forum not share the "HOI-look" of other mod sub-forums?
 
Josip, chill out. The Super AI Bundle looks (although I haven't played it much) awesome so far. A mod will never be perfect, but the creators, doing it for free, try their best.

There was a lot more than just some events and AI improvements. There were events covering things all the way up to 1955, a modified tech tree (in some regards, better than CORE's, which is saying a lot), new graphics (which are not crappy), and a re-worked AI. The latter alone is worth the price of admission.

Same could be said for the Soviet flag, USA flag, French flag, etc. If you don't like the Nazi flag, download another German flag. Simple.

Took less than two minutes for me. BAM! It was up and ready. Maybe you should remove Commandos 2- seems to have impared the install time. :rolleyes:

Frankly Super AI is a damn sight better than vanilla
 
I can't go back to vanilla now that I've installed this great mod!

And compared to other mods I've tried (not going to mention them), I think this is one of the easiest to install.

I like the sprites, especially the map. :)

... Whoops! Gotta go to work! :eek:
 
In the loading game the Italian flag is RED WHITE GREEN

but the true colors are GREEN WHITE RED


and Latvia and Tunna Tavo (?) is RED like/similar RUSSIA and they are border country

Wonderful the German Flag in the game :rofl:
