After game crash launching it causes freeze

Steps to reproduce​

Play Victoria 3 in version 1.7.5. Update game to current version with all DLCs and attempt to launch the 1.7.5 saved game. The game crashes, send a crash report. Relaunch the game to main menu, but while loading takes too long try to kill the process. On pressing keys the PC freezes.

1.7.5 savegames won't load on 1.9.2 game version. To play them you need to roll back to the 1.7.x versions using the Beta tab in game properties.

That is very strange. Either way, a clean reinstall should help. If we get enough backtrace data from Crash Reporter from other users, the programmers will be able to identify any potential issues with game initialization.

Those are stored in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria 3. Deleting the folder (after backing up any needed saves) should clear everything.
