After installing 1.02 cannot run higher than 800X600

While running 1.01A I was able to use 1024X768. But I installed 1.02 this evening and as soon as I tried to start a game I got a CTD. I changed to 800X600 and I was able to run a game, but as soon as I try to go to a higher resolution I CTD.

I have a Dell Latitude C840. It has a NVIDIA graphics card, but I am running the latest drivers.

After reading some of the other posts, I renamed my avi directory to avi.bak, and I was able to run in 1024X768.

No big deal, I am back in business.

Ya that bink player is notorious for problems
At least this gets you playing faster
