After reaching 1st of may of 1881 I always crash

Please help, this bug doesn't let me play further that date and I love vic3. I have tried dissabling all mods but it keeps crashing.

Disabling mods doers not remove effects they have already had on the save game file.

Please check with the mod authors, or post in the User Mods forum here.
