Where can I get the AGCEEP 1.38? I have looked everywhere...

The latest version is 1.57, and you can get it from the AGCEEP Website. If you really want version 1.38, you can PM YodaMaster, as he keeps backups of all the old versions, I believe.

Only question is why are you interested in such very old version from 2005 when you could use last one?
